It operates three television channels, AzTV (Azərbaycan Televiziyası), İdman TV (sports channel), and Medeniyyet TV (Mədəniyyət TV : cultural channel).
The station is owned by Azerbaijan Television and Radio Broadcasting Closed t-stock Company (Azərbaycan Televiziya və Radio Verilişləri Qapalı Səhmdar Cəmiyyəti), the state-owned broadcasting company.
